Leo Corona & Elisa García, owners of Viva Mexico Coffee Shop, passionate about coffee and community training. They will guide each practical session with professional tools and real coffee shop techniques.
Course Topics
This course will provide you with comprehensive barista training, including:
- Coffee history and culture.
- Extraction methods (espresso, pour-over, French press, etc).
- Milk steaming.
- Customer service and bar experience.
- Fundamentals for entrepreneurship or employment in coffee shops.
Upon completion, you will receive an Official Barista & Coffee Skills Certificate endorsed by Humboldt International University.
